contained on this website. By using this website, you agree to be subject to the terms and

conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our site. We recommend

English law or these terms and conditions, no information or content on this website

may be reproduced, adapted, uploaded to a third party, linked to, framed, performed

in public, distributed or transmitted in any form by any process without our specific

14.2.3. Promote sexually explicit material.

14.2.4. Promote violence.

14.2.5. Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability,

sexual orientation or age.

14.2.6. Infringe any copyright, database right or trade mark of any other person.

14.2.7. Be likely to deceive any person.

14.2.8. Breach any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a

duty of confidence or privacy.

14.2.9. Promote any illegal activity.

14.2.10. Be in contempt of court.

14.2.11. Be threatening, abuse or invade another’s privacy, or cause annoyance,

inconvenience or needless anxiety.

14.2.12. Be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person.

14.2.13. Impersonate any person, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with

any person.

14.2.14. Give the impression that the Contribution emanates from ForexVox, if

this is not the case.

14.2.15. Advocate, promote, incite any party to commit, or assist any unlawful or

criminal act such as (by way of example only) copyright infringement or computer

misuse.

14.2.16. Contain a statement which you know or believe, or have reasonable

grounds for believing, that members of the public to whom the statement is, or is

to be, published are likely to understand as a direct or indirect encouragement or

other inducement to the commission, preparation or instigation of acts of

terrorism.

14.2.17. Contain any advertising or promote any services or web links to other

sites.

14.3. You warrant that any such contribution does comply with those standards, and

you will be liable to us and indemnify us for any breach of that warranty. This means

you will be responsible for any loss or damage we suffer as a result of your breach of

warranty.

14.4. Any content you upload to our site will be considered non-confidential and nonproprietary. You retain all of your ownership rights in your content, but you are required

to grant us and other users of our site an irrevocable licence to use, store and copy

that content and to distribute and make it available to third parties.

above, and we may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate.

16. We are not responsible for viruses and you must not introduce them

16.1. We do not guarantee that our site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.

16.2. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer

programmes and platform to access our site. You should use your own virus

protection software.

16.3. You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms,

logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. You must

our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. By

breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer

of this website or any part of it to you. However, we will not be liable for damage that

you could have avoided by following our advice to apply an update offered to you free

of charge or for damage that was caused by you failing to correctly follow installation

instructions or to have in place the minimum system requirements advised by us.

You will indemnify, defend and hold Reflex Trading, its directors, officers, employees and

agents harmless from any losses, liabilities, judgments, suits, actions, proceedings,

claims, damages and costs Reflex Trading, its directors, officers, employees and agents may

suffer or that may be made by a third party resulting from or arising out of your use of the

website, materials or software, whether in breach of these terms, any other agreement

Reflex Trading has with you or otherwise.

20. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your use of this website at any time in the event that we

decide in our sole discretion that you have breached these terms and agreements or any

other legal notice or statement contained within the website.

21. Severability

The invalidity or unenforceability for any reason of any provision of these terms and

agreements shall not prejudice or affect the validity or enforceability of its other provisions.

22. Which country’s laws apply to any disputes?

These terms and agreements are governed by the law in force in England, and the parties

irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts for determination

of any dispute concerning the terms and agreements.
